Cancellation Policy
Please note that all cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the following policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. • 24+ hours’ notice: Full refund • Between 24 and 1 hour before your session: 50% of the session fee will be refunded • Less than 1 hour before your session: No refund For coaching packages: The cancellation policy applies to the value of the individual session within your package. For reference, the 5-session package is $450 ($90/session), and the 10-session package is $850 ($85/session). **Please review the full Terms & Conditions before booking.
